This Sunday’s Book to Binge on comes from Iron Chef Michael Symon. With his trademark distinctive chuckle and engaging smile, Michael Symon has the ability to draw you in. I’m looking forward to reading “Michael Symon’s Live to Cook: Recipes and Techniques to Rock Your Kitchen,” because I’m ready to pump up my own culinary skills and hope that I can replicate some of the delicious dishes that I see him make on Iron Chef America all of the time. What’s not to love about a guy who was born and raised in the Midwest (Cleveland & Detroit area) and continues to give back to the community by opening famed restaurants in the region? The next time I visit my hometown of Detroit, one of my first stops will be Michael Symon’s Roast. The menu boasts some of my favorite seafood items, scallops and salmon.
